So, I got to thinking....

A dangerous thing, I know!!! lol

Anyways...during work today, I got the strange desire to be able to teleport. It would be fantastic!!! I could be sitting at my desk and just say "V.P. Sales office", snap my fingers, and I'd be there! Or "Production Managers Office - *snap*" and done! It would be great. Although, if other people in the office were capable of this, I'm afraid that people would just pop into my cubicle and scare the living daylights out of me! Oh wait...they already do that...minus the scaring the daylights out of me. Would save tons of walking though...oh well!

Anyhoo...Cletus and I were out and about last night doing some shopping. We have a wedding to go to next week and I needed some new shoes. So, I got some sexy red heels! I'm very excited to wear them. I've never had red high heels like these!!! I also got a micro SD card for my phone. Let me just say, these things are friggin tiny...they aren't joking when they say MICRO!!! I got the adapter thingee too, so I don't have to upload all the photos, I can just put them right on my computer. And it only cost $7! BONUS! However...that thing comes out of the card slot on the phone like a friggin banshee...I almost lost it once already!

On wedding planning news...we ordered the favors, they should be in shortly. We're going to go to some florists and bakeries in the near future to get pricing and flavors taken care of. But...I ordered my shoes thinking I would love them...oh no...hated them. They were perfect when I saw them online, but when I got them...yuck!!! Oh well, we have a little over 8 months now. I can find the perfect pair still.

Gotta get back to work...late lunch break today...

  1. Peanut, be sure to try Mannino's Bakery in Sterling Heights (17 and Ryan) - that's where Canuck and I got our cake. Mmmm....be sure to try the filled cakes...

He and I weren't wild about the florists we tried right around the church, so we ended up going with a florist I'm familiar with in Eastpointe. The delivery charge might be a little higher, but we decided it's well worth it to have someone we're confident in doing the flowers.

    Just my 2 cents. :-)

  2. I will definately keep that in mind! Thanks!!! We have so many cake shops right downtown that we probably won't have to go far from home. But that doesn't mean we can't go taste-testing...right???

I'm beginning to think I should have started checking into florists a looooooong time ago...
