Got Prayers? :-)

Ok, there is so much going on!!! Please...pray for these people...

For Adam - for continued strength during his ongoing (almost over I hope) battle with cancer
For Tajia - for her recent miscarriage and the hope that God will grant her the ability to have a baby in the future.
For Cheryl - for continued strength, assistance when needed, and that she may be able to finish her schooling without interruption.
For Steve, Brandon, all of the soldiers overseas and locally - that they may come...home...safe...
For All military families...for strength
For Stephanie, Briahna, and Debbie - for strength during their difficult times.
For my dad and my step-mom - for strength of support and medical recovery
For my brother - for his recent job interview
For all of the shiny new Catholics that entered the Church at the Easter Vigil, and for those celebrating their anniversaries of Baptism, Confirmation, and First Eucharist - that they may have all of the guidance and acceptance they need.
For all of society - that we as a people can begin to see eye to eye and not take things so personally, so negatively, and learn to understand that nothing is perfect.
For our president - that he may maintain his professionalism and leadership throughout his term.

Thanks everyone. Please feel free to add to the list. We could all use a little extra prayer.

  1. In addition to Peanut's list:

For my priests, that they may continue to be holy men of God and be true teachers of the Word and help us all find our way home.

    For Blase, Jonathan and Christopher.

For all those who have lost a child.

For all those battling addictions, of whatever nature.

    For anyone facing unemployment.

For all of us, that we learn to turn to our Mother as well as our Father.

For Lynn, as she recovers from surgery.

For Raviv and Joseph, twins born 6 weeks early who are still in the NICU at U of M, but gaining weight and looking to go home soon.

For men and women discerning vocations to religious life.

For S&M, K&J -- as they prepare for the sacrament of marriage.

For the dead who have no one to pray for them.

For the kind priests of St. Bonaventure.

For all those struggling with depression or other mental illnesses.

For the people of Montego Bay, Jamaica.

    For single men and women.

For those who do not know the love of God.

(Just off the top of my head -- don't worry, I'll come up with more!)
