So today is my first Ash Wednesday. I know, I know...Ash Wednesday has always been around but this year is my first year actually "participating" in it. Lent is starting, and that will be a challenge for me, but a journey at the same time. For the next 40 days, I am giving up something that I THROROUGHLY enjoy eating!!! It's all for a good reason though. Then, come Holy Saturday...I'm gonna be baptized!
