I was just talking to Fr. JJ about it, in fact; whether when we forgive we can ever truly forget.<BR/><BR/>I think "forgetting" undermines the value of the forgiveness. And if we were meant to forgive and forget, would Jesus' wounds still have shown on His body when He was resurrected?<BR/><BR/>The wounds stay. They shouldn't be forgotten. We all did that to Him.
